Personal data that we process

EFAA/online-personal-trainer-courses.com processes personal data about you because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data that we process:

Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on the website of NASM, in correspondence and by telephone, IP address minus last octet so that they can never be traced back to a person, internet browser and device type en special and/or sensitive personal data that we process.

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us via administration@efaa-opleidingen.nl and we will delete this information.

If it does not work through these institutions or if you have other questions/comments about data processing, please send a request to administration@efaa-opleidingen.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers including the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. EFAA will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.

DKIM, SPF and DMARC are three internet standards that we use to prevent you from receiving e-mails on our behalf that contain viruses, are spam or are intended to obtain personal (login) data.
